Data handling
ITinSell Software attaches great care to ensuring the confidentiality and the security of the data collected in the context of its services and assumes responsibility for them in this regard.
Each of the parties is responsible for the files that it compiles for its own use.
In particular, each of the parties is responsible for the statements to the CNIL which prove necessary, for informing the persons whose data are collected and enabling them to actually exercise their rights and for the security and confidentiality of the data handled.

ITinSell Software undertakes to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal data of its Customers.
